I love living in the South. I at times miss Utah and wish we could move "home", but it would be hard for me as well. I have made amazing friends here and live in a great ward.
About a month after we moved here I was at the grocery store and I asked the cashier how she was doing. She replied "blessed". I began to notice that a vast majority of the people here in the South say that. At first I thought it was kind of funny, but as I lay in bed a few nights ago I thought about how blessed I truly am. I have a wonderful, loving, kind Husband who treats me so well and works so hard to take care of our family. I have two great kids. They keep me young and they love me like no one else can. They supply me with hugs kisses and snuggles! I live in a beautiful home and have two working vehicles. I have food in my pantry and presents under my tree(actually in my closet but still). I have never had so much to be Thankful for. And I am Thankful. My Father in Heaven has blessed me beyond what I could ever imagine. I feel his Love everyday. I know that He sent his Son to die for me and I know that someday I can return to live with Him. And for that I am more thankful than anything else.

Oh, this makes ME feel grateful for what I have!
So true. Love ya girl.
Gotta love living in the Bible Belt where "blessed" is part of the regular vocabulary!
Thank you for the reminder to remember our blessings! You are such a GREAT example to me. You are such a FANTASTIC friend!!
