This was Tristan's favorite toy yesterday. And if anyone tried to take it from him, he went crazy and just fell apart. He's so funny sometimes. He played with the basket for almost 2 hours!! It was so nice to have him entertained for so long with out a movie. I tried to give him most of my attention yesterday and we played, read books, and cuddled. It was so nice. I had such a good time.
I do feel bad for David coming home to a messy house. I feel that as it gets closer to having this baby I want to give Tristan plenty of attention. I know that having a baby will be a HUGE change for all of us, but I want him to know that he is still just as important. He really is one of my best friends and I just love him so much. He makes me laugh all the time and he is so sweet and happy ALL the time!!! I sure hope JuliAnna is like him!! At least with the happiness!!

JuliAnna is such a cute name! I know how you feel about showing Tristan more affection, I am doing the same with Danny. It is hard to try and prepare them to be a little more independent (we are working on him sleeping through the night) and still cuddling and playing and such.
Thanks we like it. It has some deep personal connections to it for both Dave and I. It is hard. I am just grateful he is such an easy kid, and he LOVES babies!!!
